The CRM error is a little ambiguous. Can you check the SQL RS log files and
attach the error from there?

You can find the log files in a directory like: C:\Program Files\Microsoft
SQL Server\MSSQL.2\Reporting Services\LogFiles
Where the "2" in "MSSQL.2" might be replaced with some other integer. Look
for the most recent file with a name that starts with "ReportServer__". Any
exceptions in this file should be easy to spot because they will have stack
traces and everything.

In my case the SQL RS log indicated a logon problem, and it turned out the
RS Execution Account was configured to a disabled user account.

So make sure that the user defined as the Execution Account can access the
necessary resources.
