CRM user can't view some area

Situation: The user can logon and access some areas in the Microsoft CRM v4, but can't other areas such as sales.

Troubleshooting: he was assigned to Administrative Mode. Re-assigning him to Full access mode fixes the problem. Please refer to this how to: How to manage CRM - http://www.howtonetworking.com/msapps/crm1.htm.
