CRM email configuration manager was unable to retrive us

Situation: When you try to test access in the CRM e-mail router, you mau receive this message: "the E-mail router configuration manager was unable to retrive user and queue information from the Microsoft dynamic CRM Server. This may indicate that the Microsoft dynamic CRM Server is busy. Verify that URL http//CRMServerName/Organizationname is correct".

Case 1: Make sure the specified user in CRM e-mail router has full rights to access the all CRM users objects. Please refer to this article for assign Exchange Full Administrator Role: How to assign Exchange Full Administrator role to a user - http://www.howtonetworking.com/email/exchange3.htm.

Case 2: Make sure you have setup correct Configuration profile. In our case, it was setup https://CRMservername/OrganizationName. We fixed it by change to http://CRMservername/OrganizationName and in the IIS Directory Security settings, uncheck Request security channel (SSL) on both exchange and exchadmin.
