Can't access the Internet after reset router

Situation: The client was following this post to reset router: How to make tow sunbets as one LAN - http://chicagotech.net/netforums/viewto ... 5c41fc2888. After that, he could not access the Internet even he can ping the router.

Troubleshooting: We found there is a conflict IP address because th IP setup for the router has been used by Cisco switch. Reset the router using different IP, that fixed the problem.
