Terminal server Log on to is blank

Postby guest » Sun Apr 20, 2014 8:56 pm

Our client has Windows 2003 Terminal Server. When some TS users access it using RDP, the Log on to is blank and they need to select the domain name. However, other TS users don't have this problem. Why?

Based on my experience, could you please help reconfirm if you have done domain domain migration in the TS environment? This issue usually occurs during domain migration. Please refer to the following KB to resolve the issue:

In multi domain environment, a common mistake of users is to log into different domain then there native domain. To avoid this problem (usually occur during domain migration) there option to configure defualt logon domain by using computer startup script.
