Can't access DC using RDP

Postby blin » Tue Jul 07, 2015 4:20 pm

Q: After we promote one of domain member server to DC, we can't access it using RDP. The Remote Desktop is enabled. Why"

A: After promoting the server to a DC, the network sharing is disabled. Open Windows Explorer. Click Network. You will see this message: Network discovery is turned off. Network computers and devices are not visible. Click to change.... After Turn on network discovery and file sharing, you should be able to access it remotely.
