Postby blin » Tue Feb 23, 2016 3:45 pm

Situation: The client has windows 2012 server with Remote Desktop Connection enabled. But they can't access it.

Troubleshooting: 1. Make sure the port 3389 is open.
2. Try to use administrator remote console by using this command: mstsc /admin
3. After check the server roles, we find they have installed Remote Desktop service and remote desktop server license on this server. Remoting these service fixes the problem.
