Event ID 20106 in RRAS and Hyper-V server

In most cases, Event ID 20106 is something to do with NIC settings. Posting
the result of ipconfig ,ay help. Or check this search result.
Troubleshooting Windows Event IDEvent ID 5805 - Net Logon Event 6005 is
logged on Windows 2008 ... Event id 20106 - Unable to add the interface
Internal with the Router Manager for the IP ...

Why have you installed Hyper-V on a machine which is running as a RRAS
router? That is not a great idea.

Installing the hyper-V role makes big changes to the networking of the
host machine. If you need RRAS I would recommend running it in a vm, not in
the host/parent partition.
