Blue Screen Of Death and Computer constantly restarts

I am geting these codes

and getting serious problem message after startup
these codes are in that message

A kernel mode program generated an exception which the error handler didn’t catch. These are nearly always hardware compability issues (which sometimes means a driver issue or a need for a BIOS upgrade).

Undo whatever change you made to your computer before this happened. Otherwise if you haven't changed anything there is a good chance that you have some bad RAM.

I disabled a few items in the Startup list (Start> Run> msconfig> Startup) while in safe mode.
In my case it happened to be 'dumprep 0 -k' and 'ctfmon'.

It started up correctly first time, and seems fine.

Had the same problem. Re-installed the video drivers. All is well.
