dcdiag: DsReplicaGetInfo() failed with status 8453 (0x2105)

We are running Windows 2008 as DCs. When running dcdiag amd repadmin, I see these some errors as listed below. Do we hve repliciation issue? The Event Viewer doesn't have any errors related to replication.

If you have UAC enabled and are not running the command from an elevated command prompt. Try to run these commands with Runas administrator.
