How to dismount the iSCSI volume on Windows 2003

Postby chicagotech » Tue Apr 14, 2015 4:55 pm

Q: We have a share folder on Windows 2003 connecting an iSCSI LUN volume. How do you dismount the iSCSI volume?

A: In Disk Management, take the disks offline; in the iSCSI Control Panel, disconnect the target. If it is a favorite target, it will remount on the next reboot automatically. It can be manually remounted at any time.
