Hyper-V: No x64-based UEFL boot loader was founded

Situation: The client cerate Hyper-V generation 2 vhdx file, but can't start it in Windows 2012 R2 Hyper-V with this message: No x64-based UEFL boot loader was founded.

Resolution: Use bdcboot to repair the boot partition. Here is how:
1. Add DVD Drive to the VM.

2. Move the DVD to the top of the boot order I firmware.

3. After booting from the DVD/OS, Click Repair your computer in Windows Setup.

4. In Choose an option, click on Troubleshooting.

5. Click on Command Prompt

6. run diskpart to select disk, volume and format with boot.

7. Create efl boot folder

8. Back to Windows Setup Choose an option, click Continue. The Windows should boot.
