Hello Caromax,

Your Diagnostic Report shows that your copy of Vista is a "Windows License Type: KMS Client". As you may know, KMS Client versions of Vista are used by Large Companies, Universities or Government Agencies to easily manage large numbers of Windows installs within their organization. Typically, KMS licenses are not sold to single users since KMS licenses are sold in quanities of 25 or more.

KMS Clients activate by connecting to a KMS Server located within the orginization's network (i.e. KMS Clients do not connect to Microsoft to activate). I suggest contacting your organization’s Network Admin or IT Dept for assistance in connecting your KMS Client to your organization's KMS Server.

Thank you,
Darin Smith
