In this example, we will copy all files and folders under E\users to Y drive201user$ with Security (/s) and waiting time one second if retry (/W:1).
robocopy e:\users\ y:\2011\user$\ /s /w:1

One of our client asks: I am using this command: robocopy E:\home\ F:\backup\e /copyall /s /e /v /L/w:2 /R:2 /LOG:robocopy.txt. The log show copy, I don't see them in F drive. Why?"

The problem is he has /L option which is list only not copy. Removing /L it should work.
