SEP Manager Console push installation doesn't work

ISSUE: SEP Manager Console push installation doesn't work.

SOLUTION/WORKAROUND: customer says that he had older version of SEP 11 hence he would like to upgrade few clients through manager console also few clients are not showing up in SEPM but he was not sure how many computers are not showing up.
-Took Webex
-Found that customer has got 4 clients which is of 11 version and he would like to upgrade them to the latest version
-Hence tried to push installation package but got an error message as 2 out of 4 is successful.
-customer was asking for reports but unable to find the reports , informed customer about it.
-Asked the customer to check manually in the client and found that one client got upgraded successfully
-Educated customer about a reboot on the clients
-Informed customer about checking in sis_inst.log but that location was not available
-Hence educated customer about manually save package and upgrading through the client and it was successful.
-customer says that he will upgrade the other client later as he was aware about it
-Also customer says that he would like to remove all the clients that are not reporting to the console hence educated customer about admin-domain-edit domain-remove clients that re more than few days
-the rebooted client was successfully upgraded.

-customer would like to know how to get the logs or reports from the manager console of the clients that failed to upgrade.
- took webex with session# 760271387
-gave an article to the customer http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH164067
-but customer want to know if could get any log from the console
-guided him to reports tab , checked for the deployment report but report did not had the clients information that failed to do the upgrade.
-informed customer clearly about the up-gradation and the port through which it deploys as well as informed customer that in manager console we do not have an option to check that
-customer understood and gave permission to close the ticket
-customer denied for temp check.
