Malwarebytes clients don't update the database

Situation: The client is running Malwarebytes v 1.80.2. The management console shows some clients don't update the database. If you push the database update from the console, you may get no login message.

Troubleshooting: the MEEClient Service is not running on those clients. Enabling the MEEClient Service fixes the problem.
