Symptom: when trying to access a windows FTP site, you may receive this message: "An error occurred copying a file to the ftp server. Make
sure you have permission to put the files on the server.
Detail:
200 type set to I.
200 PORT command successful
550 Requested action not taken

Resolution: make sure you have correct permission setup. Or check this link for more details.
