Solved: Cisco VPN reason code 412

Situation: We are runngin Cisco ASA as VPN server. We have been using it for over two years without any issues. Recently, we added webhawk as web filter. That also works. After we removed teh webhawk, we can't establish the VPN with reason code 412. This page doesn't help

Troubleshooting: 1. Internet access works fine.
2. Check all VPN ports are open.
3. We fixed it by rebooting it.
