keyboard on VT−100 terminal emulator or Putty doesn't work

Situation: the client tries to access their Cisco AP 1300 ussng Putty. However, keyboard on VT−100 terminal emulator or Putty doesn't work.

Resolution: Try to change the settings. Here are the settings.
9600 baud♦
8 data bits♦
No flow control♦
1 stop bit♦
No parity♦

In our case, the flow control was set XNO/XOFF. Changing it to None fixes the problem.
