Can't access ASA after upgrading

Situation: The client has failover Cisco ASA. Since upgrading ASA version from 8.2 to 8.4 is major update, they need to upgrade it as standalone device. After upgrading the standby ASA that has IP, they can't access it using the same IP

Troubleshooting: If you upgrade the standalone ASA that used to be Failover ASA, the IP changes to active ASA IP, in our case. .
