Postby blin » Thu Oct 30, 2014 10:38 am

Situation: The client has failover Cisco ASA. Since upgrading ASA version 8.2 to 8.4 is major update, they decided to upgrade one at one time. Each ASA gas 4 connections, failover, inside, outside and DMZ. When they upgrade one of them they unplug failover and inside cables. Now, people have a problem to access their website and DMZ.

Troubleshooting: you need to unplug all cables, outside and DMZ.
