Cisco command to deny public access to private server

Here are commands to deny public access to private server. Note: x.x.152.51 is public IP address, x.x.0.132 and x.x.0.155 are private IP addresses.

Access-list ''name of the access list being used on the outside'' line 1 deny tcp host x.x.152.51 host x.x.0.132
Access-list ‘’name of the access list being used on the outside’’ line 2 deny tcp host x.x.152.51 host x.x.0.155
