PROBLEM: VPN will not login Reason 413: User authentication

Reason 413: User authentication failed.
Any help is appreciated!!!

Can you try different computer or different username? Also, have you checked this link?

cisco reason messages
Reason 413: user authentication failed. Reason 414: Failed to establish a TCP. Troubleshooting: The VPN Client was not able to establish the TCP connection ...
