Why do I see Administration icon only in peoadmin site

You need to assign yourself to see all of icons. To do that, login peoadmin. Go to Administration>System Setup>System Users. Highlight your user name and select the lock (Update the permissions). Check Home, Content, Monitor, Reports and administration. then select OK to save the settings.
