When logging into The Patron Edge, users receive the error: 'Startup Error: The caller was not authenticated by the service. Line : 30 Line : 40 Main Startup Step: CBBStartSeq.Startup Start Sequence Step: DetermineUserNameandPassword'

3.401.4, patch 2
Answer
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Go to PE deploy>Patch to run setup.exe instead of run the patch from the downlaod.
