PE receipts to print is offline

Q: We have tried everything we can think of, but cannot get our PE receipts to print on our computer - 2599. There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with PE, the receipts say they have printed but nothing comes out. The printer also seems to keep saying that it is offline; we have restarted the computer but that did not help.
A: It seems to me that printer driver is corrupted. Please re-install the printer driver.
