No stage rights has been created for the user

When a user was entering data in Fundware, she got an error and could not re-login the Fundware server. Based our experience, this problem could be fixed by rebooting the fundware server.

After we rebooted the Fubdware, she could logon, but the fundware givers the following errors when opening Account payable.

Error – Notify software support (02CSB 39)
Error – Initailizing CSTM55
No stage rights has been created for the user “username” in Division chicagotech.net. Please exit account payable and create stage rights in the security Administration.

From the errorlog,ws, we found this error:

the resolution is restore 02csb and 02csb.idx from th ebackup.
