Postby guest » Sat Nov 10, 2012 4:29 pm

Q: My Windows 8 laptop can't access university WPA2 Enterprise wireless. But windows 7 and XP work fine.

A: 1. Update Wireless card driver.
2. Update wireless AP firmware.
3. Try to install Windows 7 wireless drive if there is no windows 7 driver available.
4. Try to temporary disable firewall and any 3rd party security software.
5. It could be certificate issue. Check any error in IAS server.
