In a case, your BlackBerry doesn’t receive emails from OWA, you may need to reset it. To reset BlackBerry to sync with CBGOWA, please follow these steps:

1. Open Home.
2. Navigate to Blackberryy Setup and then Personal email Setup.
3. Under username@yourcompany.com, you may have 3 options: Valid, Edit and Delete.
4. Click Valid and then your password.
5. After that you should have only two options: Edit and Delete. The email should work.

I can’t find anything on my bb that specifically refers to “home” except the main screen, which has numerous icons, but none of them are called Blackberry Setup.

The “Set Up Internet Email” icon did the trick. Once I opened it, the instructions worked for me as well.
