Can't enable Remote Connection in Chrome

Q: I have installed Chrome Remote desktop on my XP computer. However, I can't enable remote Connection on my computer. Why?

A: Enable Remote Connection applies only to Windows Vista or later and ac OS X 10.6 or later.
