Can't see Samsung screenshots folder in Windows XP

Q: I followed this article: How to transfer data from Samsung Galax Tab 2 to PC - http://www.quicksetupguide.com/samsung/ ... howto5.htm to transfer file between my computer and Samsung Tab, but I don't see screenshots folder under Pictures. Why.

A: We tested it on our XP computer and have the same issue. It works on Windows Vista and 7. It could be the drive issue or some settings. We will post back when we have a solution.
