I can confirme that downgrading the rollup 12 to rollup 11 for crm server correct the problem. The others rollups (router, srs, crm client for outlook) remain in rollup 12.

During my research, i find two others problems.

During my test, the user acting as the crm user for the outlook client has a email address in his crm setting of a crm contact.

For example : the crm user is a_user@mydomain.com. In Settings/administration/users, in the field "primary email address", we have a_contact@mydomain.com , email address of a crm contact. The correct email address of the user is a_user@mydomain.com. In this case, when i create an appointment in outlook tracked in crm, after the sync between outlook and crm, the appointment is created in crm, then incredible but true the appointment is deleted in outlook. After correcting the email address for the crm user, the appointments are not more deleted !!!!

The second problem is :

After downgrading rollup 12 to rollup 11, the ifd settings are lost. I must run the ifdtools to correct this.
