Can't access Air Sharing in iPad Using Internet Browser

Q: I follow this link: How to Access Air Sharing in iPhone or iPad Using Internet Browser - http://www.quicksetupguide.com/apple/ipad17.htm, but get This page can't display. I was connecting to it before. Why?

A: If the iPad is in sleep mode, you need to wake up.
