Download Required:
• DIY with Recovery Disk Assistant
• DIY by restoring InstallESD.dmg from
inside the Install Mac OS X Lion.app

Local Recovery HD Missing:
• Software RAID system drive
• Non-standard Boot Camp configuration
• System drive replacement or reformat
Lion Internet Recovery:
• Any Mac that includes Thunderbolt or
released new after July 19, 2011
• Automatic if Lion Recovery HD missing
• Force with Option-Command-R
