Failed to Aunthenticate,please verify username/password

I have facing this problem for a long time since my mobile user cant add their Exchange mail account on iPhone and Android mobile phone. Currently the problem only involve user that reside on another Exchange mail server site example on site B and site C, but user that reside on Exchange mail server site A can be connected successfully. Details site as below:-

Site A

1. Edge Transport server

2. Two HUB/CAS server

3. Two Mailbox server



Site B

1. HUB/CAS/Mailbox server

Site C

1. HUB/CAS/Mailbox server



I already verify the ActiveSync settings on each site and compare with site A,everything already the same. but I still cant connect to Exchange mailbox site B via iPhone and Android mobile phone. Need help on this on how I can determine more the problem. Really need help on this problem.

would use the shell for it. When you execute the command of "Get-ActiveSyncVirtualDirectory" you should get an identity as should below for each server. You only need to execute the second command I gave you with the right identity.



That in the example above be:

Set-ActiveSyncVirtualDirectory - Identity "EXCHCAS02\Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync (Default Web Site)" -WindowsAuthEnabled:$true -BasicAuthEnabled:$false
