iPhone: timeout on the passcode lock gets set to Immediate

Situation, after enabling Exchange ActiveSync, you may have run into a problem your iPhone gets the timeout on the passcode lock gets set to "Immediate," forcing you to enter the code almost every time you pick up the phone.

Case 1: I deleted my Microsoft Exchange mailbox. After it was deleted, I was given all of the choices for the passcode lock again. You will have Immediately, 1,5,15 mins, 1,4 hours to choose from. Select the one you want and then re-add your Microsoft Exchange mailbox back.
