No sound even I setup Sound as normal on Android

Q: I setup the Sound profile as normal. However, in many cases, it switches to Vibrate. Why.

A: if you have touch screen phone, you may reset the sound from normal to vibrate by accident. To make sure the vibrate is not on, check the notification icon on the top. If vibrate is on, go to the Settings and sound, hen sound profile to reset it to normal.

If you press the volume key to disable the sound, vibrate will be enabled automatically.
