Postby chicagotech » Mon Oct 30, 2017 5:22 pm

1. The Plantronics blue tooth handset is out of the battery.

2. Plantronics handset is not setup as default softphone. Go to Shoretel Connect > click the user name > Check softphone under Incoming calls will ring you:

3. If the phone works on the PC but softphone, go to Shoretel Connect > click the user name > Change the Default to handset device, for example Headset Microphone (Plantronics BT600).

4. If you receive input or output media not available message, make sure both playback device and Recording device are setup correctly.

5. If it is one way communication, for example other side can't head you, it may be ShoreTel Connect default phone settings. go to Shoretel Connect > click the user name > Change the Default to handset device, for example Headset Microphone (Plantronics BT600). Or installing Plantronics Hub software which is used to manage the handset and set it as default device.

6. The user can't make phone using softphone. Problem: she didn't login ShoreTel Connect. Even the ShoreTel Connet shows green. She need to log out and re-login. And make sure it setup login automatically.
