VSS Barracuda Backup Error

Situation: teh client is running Barracuda backup Hyper-V VM. They keep receiving ERROR: An error occurred during backup initialization of data source. The Barracuda log has theses logs:
Barracuda Backup Error: [YClientCtx] Vss request GatherWriterMetadata timed out after 900 seconds
Failed to wait for async operation for method GatherWriterMetadata Exception - Original: 5146 - 0x0000141a Mapped:122 Location:YClientCtx::WaitAndCheckForAsyncOperation:C:\compile\agent-3.2.06\source\ods++\server\vam\win\yclientctx.cpp:1342 Description:'Unexpected operating system error'

Resolution: Disable any Windows NTBacku on the Hyer-V host.
2. Reboot the host machine.
