SCCM Clients not approved

i am using Server 2008 R2 Enterprise (64 bit) and SCCM 2997 SP2.

i my computer collections all computers are shown having my SCCM site code and assigned status as yes, but showing approved as "N/A" and client "No".

Also on the clients on which i have installed Configuration Client "ccmsetup.exe" are not showing in collections.

can some one please guide me to resolve it.

1. Make sure client is on the same network and you can ping it.
2. Make sure The Boundaries of the Agent are specified in the site server
3. Make sure the clent has been assigned the correct site code
4. Make sure the Agent has been installed on client.
5. It could be name resolutino issue. Use nslookup check the DNS status.
6. Disable the firewall for a test.
7. Check mpcontol .log to see any errors.
8. Using Uninstall the SMS/SCCM client agent. Use the ccmclean /all (Available in the SMS tool kit) command for SMS and cmsetup /uninstall for SCCM. Then re-install it.
