After lock car, I can't hear sound and no light turn on

My car had a problem, usually after lock the car I can hear a sound if I click the lock button from remote control again, I use this method to make sure my car have been locked. But the sound is gone for some reason, even I am sure the car have been locked, and there is no light turn on and the door and windows all closed fine. I appreciate if you have any idea about this issue. It would be better if I can figure out this problem before go to dealer, so I need your help really.

The problem is the front hood did not been closed well after Lei used my car to started his car last Friday(His car battery was died that day). After I reopen the front hood and close nicely, the beep sound is back. What is simple problem which confused me a few days !! I did check every door/windows before but not the front hood. At least it is not the problem of weather (Lei told me the cold weather may be the problem reason). The conclusion is that for for some reason, if the hood slams too hard, it doesn't close fully, so make sure you don't slam the hood too hard if you have got the hood open.
