“hide address” still shows on Global Dress List

Situation: The client is running Exchange 2010. Some mailboxes have checkmark “hide address”, but some computers can see them from Global Dress List.

Cause: In most cases, this is "Use Cached Exchange Mode" issue. Check/uncheck "Use Cached Exchange Mode"
