SCCM 2007: Puch Client XP Firewall Problem

Postby guest » Fri Jun 22, 2012 12:44 pm

I've got a problem pushing SCCM client software from the server to my XP client PC's.
I've opened for WMI and File and print sharing (both through group policies (WMI through remote administration setting)), opened DCOM port 135, HTTPS port 443 (even thoug this shoudnt be required) and TCP/ UDP 2701 & 2702.

Sorry to say that this all this is totally in vain...damn thing wont push the clients.

Funny thing is, if i disable the firewall on my XP, the client gets pushed no problem - but in the management console it still says "No" in the Collections menu even though the client is installed...

First things first - what port am i missing in my XP firewall in order to get this to work? Disabling the firewall is not an option.

Check the gpo that configures the xp firewall, are the rules for all ip's (*) or are they subnet specific?

192.168.0.0/24?
