Situation: The client has a RD server for clients to access a process server running Millennium. One of clients can't run the Millennium with this event:

Troubleshooting: The server running Windows 2008 R2 has only 8GB RAM. Whenever the TS users more than 30, they may have this problem. Adding more RAM fixes the problem.
