Can't see other user's inbox even you have full permissions

Situation: the user has been assigned full permissions to access another user' email. He used to be able to see the inbox, but not now.

Troubleshooting: Uncheck Use Cached Exchange Mode. That fixes the problem. You may re-check it later.
