Reset TS License in Vista?

In XP, you can delete the HKLM\...\MSlicensing key to reset the temp Terminal Services license....I have one client with Vista...this reset did not work for Vista(Home). Any ideas/suggestions? I have spent much time researching, but unable to find anything specific or definitive-
Scenario: TS is used to login via Citrix ICA client...
all was running fine until the temp TSlicense expired-
Windows 2003 servers, per Device TS config

If you have deleted HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\\Microsoft\\MSLicensing but still have the issue, it could be some things need to be done on the TS licensing server. What's the error message?

No Error message-
When you click to initialize Citrix, it just pops off/gone-

All other machines are XP and there is no problem with connecting or resetting the TS license as needed-

For a test, can you using the Vista access other LAN computer using remote desktop?

That is the only Vista machine-
I have a personal Laptop with Vista that I can install and run on....however, it will be over 90 days before the temp license will expire, to be able to test this on a different machine. In the meantime the user with Vista is unable to work on her machine-

Start with a simple thing. Can you telnet TS port 3389?
