Backup failed due to FTP error: address could not be resolve

Situation: When backing up Cisco Access, the client receive "Backup failed due to FTP error. The server name or address could not be resolved ".

troubleshooting: 1. He typed a correct IP address, username and password.

2. The problem is the FTP directory should have / (he typed \).
