To install Virtual Machine Additions for MS-DOS
1. Find the "DOS Virtual Machine Additions.vfd" file in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Virtual PC\Additions or search it.
2. Run Virtual PC console.
3. Run the Virtual machine.
4. Drag the "DOS Virtual Machine Additions.vfd" file to the floppy disk icon on the status bar at the bottom of the virtual machine screen.
5. At a command prompt of Virtual PC, type A:, and then press ENTER.
6. Type dosadd, and then press ENTER.
7. Type Y to confirm that you want to perform the installation.
8. After the installation finishes, on the status bar, right-click the floppy disk icon, and then click Release Floppy Disk.
8. Press host key+R to reset the operating system on the virtual machine and, when prompted, click Reset to restart the virtual machine.
