How to run DCOM

DOMCNFG.exe is located in the C:\windows\system32. To run DCOM Configuration, navigate to c:\windows\system32, double click on DOMCNFG.exe. Or run it from the Command Prompt.

Or, open Component Services in Administrative Tools.
