Cannot find file When Vista accesses SharePoint

Postby guest » Thu Mar 27, 2008 4:32 pm

I have a Small Business Server 2003 Sp2 and sharepoint services 2003. I have
a problem when a am using sharepoint from a Vista Bussine machine. When i try
to view a document list in explorer view, the followinf error message appears
" cannot find file file://companyweb/offers" . I have no problem using it
from a Windows Xp machine.

- Based on my research, it turns out to be a known issue in Windows Vista,
which is not working well with sharepoint sites. At this time, I am going
to double confirm this with Windows Vista/Sharepoint engineers. It can take
us sometime to perform further research on this topic. I appreciate your
understanding and patience.

I have the same issue. I found it is related to HP Credential Manager Single Sign On. In the HP Credential Manager Single Sign On, you have many options to modify the settings by click More. I checked disable SSO. Then it works fine.
